The patch titled
     Subject: mm/hmm: fix build when HMM is disabled
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-hmm-fix-build-when-hmm-is-disabled.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
