The patch titled
     Subject: fs, proc: remove unused variable
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-proc-remove-priv-argument-from-is_stack-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into fs-proc-remove-priv-argument-from-is_stack.patch
