The patch titled
     Subject: watchdog-provide-watchdog_reconfigure-for-arch-watchdogs-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     watchdog-provide-watchdog_reconfigure-for-arch-watchdogs-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into watchdog-provide-watchdog_reconfigure-for-arch-watchdogs.patch
