[merged] mm-use-dedicated-helper-to-access-rlimit-value.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: use dedicated helper to access rlimit value
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-use-dedicated-helper-to-access-rlimit-value.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use rlimit() helper instead of manually writing whole chain from current
task to rlim_cur.
