The patch titled
     Subject: mm: hwpoison: introduce idenfity_page_state
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-hwpoison-introduce-idenfity_page_state.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
