The patch titled
Subject: mm: memcontrol: use generic mod_memcg_page_state for kmem pages
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-memcontrol-use-generic-mod_memcg_page_state-for-kmem-pages.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
