The patch titled
     Subject: powerpc/hugetlb: add follow_huge_pd implementation for ppc64
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-hugetlb-add-follow_huge_pd-implementation-for-ppc64.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
