[merged] kernel-extablec-mark-core_kernel_text-notrace.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/extable.c: mark core_kernel_text notrace
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-extablec-mark-core_kernel_text-notrace.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
