The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmstat-skip-reporting-offline-pages-in-pagetypeinfo-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-vmstat-skip-reporting-offline-pages-in-pagetypeinfo.patch
