The patch titled
     Subject: mm: change cpuhotplug lock order in lru_add_drain_all()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-change-cpuhotplug-lock-order-in-lru_add_drain_all.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
