The patch titled

     high-res-timers-core fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     high-res-timers-core-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version was merged

This complains if you try to compile with -Werror-implicit-function-declaration
and rightly so, as we're missing a #include to define IS_ERR_VALUE().
