[merged] gcov-support-gcc-71.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: gcov: support GCC 7.1
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     gcov-support-gcc-71.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
