[merged] config-android-base-enable-hardened-usercopy-and-kernel-aslr.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: config: android-base: enable hardened usercopy and kernel ASLR
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     config-android-base-enable-hardened-usercopy-and-kernel-aslr.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
