The patch titled

     mmc: driver for TI FlashMedia card reader - Kconfig/Makefile

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     mmc-driver-for-ti-flashmedia-card-reader-kconfig-makefile.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
