The patch titled

     pr_debug: aio: use size_t length modifier in pr_debug format arguments

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     pr_debug-aio-use-size_t-length-modifier-in-pr_debug-format-arguments.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
