The patch titled
     Subject: userfaultfd: non-cooperative: selftest: introduce userfaultfd_open
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     userfaultfd-non-cooperative-selftest-introduce-userfaultfd_open.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
