- vfb-document-option-to-enable-the-driver.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     vfb: Document option to enable the driver

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     vfb-document-option-to-enable-the-driver.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The Kconfig help text doesnt mention that in order to load the vfb module, you
have to pass in the parameter vfb_enable=1

Document required module options in Kconfig for loading the vfb module.
