- ide-always-release-dma-engine.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     IDE: always release DMA engine

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ide-always-release-dma-engine.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Release the DMA engine for the custom mapping IDE drivers also (for
example, siimage.c does allocate it in both I/O-mapped and custom-mapped
modes).  Remove useless code from the error path of
ide_allocate_dma_engine().
