The patch titled
Subject: tools: add more bitmap functions
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
tools-add-more-bitmap-functions.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Copy the implementations from include/linux/bitmap.h
