[merged] ktestpl-fix-english.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: ktest.pl: fix english
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ktestpl-fix-english.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Ajdust spelling to more common "mandatory".  Variant "mandidory" is
certainly wrong.
