The patch titled
     Subject: mm-compaction-allow-compaction-for-gfp_nofs-requests-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-compaction-allow-compaction-for-gfp_nofs-requests-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-compaction-allow-compaction-for-gfp_nofs-requests.patch
