- altix-correct-ioc3-port-order.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     Altix: correct ioc3 port order

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     altix-correct-ioc3-port-order.patch

This patch was dropped because other patches broke it

Currently loading the ioc3 as a module will cause the ports to be numbered
in reverse order.  This mod maintains the proper order of cards for port
numbering.
