[merged] proc-fix-type-of-struct-pde_opener-closing-field.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: proc: fix type of struct pde_opener::closing field
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-fix-type-of-struct-pde_opener-closing-field.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
