[merged] writeback-remove-redundant-if-check.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/fs-writeback.c: remove redundant if check
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-remove-redundant-if-check.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
