[merged] kmemleak-fix-reference-to-documentation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: kmemleak: fix reference to Documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kmemleak-fix-reference-to-documentation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Documentation/kmemleak.txt was moved to Documentation/dev-tools/kmemleak.rst,
this fixes the reference to the new location.
