The patch titled

     ecryptfs: add a MAINTAINERS entry

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ecryptfs-add-a-maintainers-entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into ecryptfs-fs-makefile-and-fs-kconfig.patch
