The patch titled

     ecryptfs: fix printk format warnings

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ecryptfs-fix-printk-format-warnings.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into ecryptfs-fs-makefile-and-fs-kconfig.patch
