+ mm-hugetlb-rename-some-allocation-functions.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/hugetlb.c: rename some allocation functions
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-hugetlb-rename-some-allocation-functions.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-hugetlb-rename-some-allocation-functions.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-hugetlb-rename-some-allocation-functions.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
      reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated
there every 3-4 working days

Subject: mm/hugetlb.c: rename some allocation functions

After a future patch, the __alloc_buddy_huge_page() will not necessarily
use the buddy allocator.

So this patch removes the "buddy" from these functions:
	__alloc_buddy_huge_page -> __alloc_huge_page
	__alloc_buddy_huge_page_no_mpol -> __alloc_huge_page_no_mpol
	__alloc_buddy_huge_page_with_mpol -> __alloc_huge_page_with_mpol

This patch makes preparation for the later patch.
