The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-use-kern_cont-where-appropriate-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-page_alloc-use-kern_cont-where-appropriate.patch
