The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: fix trans extend while free cached blocks
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-fix-trans-extend-while-free-cached-blocks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: ocfs2: fix trans extend while free cached blocks

Root cause of this issue is the same with the one fixed by last patch, but
this time credits for allocator inode and group descriptor may not be
consumed before trans extend.
