The patch titled
     Subject: lib/test_hash.c: fix warning in two-dimensional array init
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     test-hash-fix-warning-in-two-dimensional-array-init.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
