+ mm-compaction-cleanup-unused-functions.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm, compaction: cleanup unused functions
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-compaction-cleanup-unused-functions.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-compaction-cleanup-unused-functions.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-compaction-cleanup-unused-functions.patch

Subject: mm, compaction: cleanup unused functions

Since kswapd compaction moved to kcompactd, compact_pgdat() is not called
anymore, so we remove it.  The only caller of __compact_pgdat() is
compact_node(), so we merge them and remove code that was only reachable
from kswapd.
