The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/bitmap.h: cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     bitmap-bitmap_equal-memcmp-optimization-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
