From: Linus Lüssing <linus.luessing@xxxxxxxxx>
Subject: mailmap: add Linus Lüssing

For one thing, summarizes all non-umlaut versions into the umlaut one
(Linus Luessing -> Linus Lüssing).

For another, maps obsolete email addresses to the current @c0d3.blue
one.
