[merged] mm-debug-add-vm_warn-which-maps-to-warn.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/mmdebug.h: add VM_WARN which maps to WARN()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-debug-add-vm_warn-which-maps-to-warn.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
