- knfsd-add-svc_get.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     knfsd: add svc_get

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     knfsd-add-svc_get.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

add svc_get() for those occasions when we need to temporarily bump up
svc_serv->sv_nrthreads as a pseudo refcount.
