- cpumask-add-highest_possible_node_id.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     cpumask: add highest_possible_node_id

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     cpumask-add-highest_possible_node_id.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
