- pids-coding-style-use-struct-pidmap.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     pids: coding style: use struct pidmap

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     pids-coding-style-use-struct-pidmap.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
