The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mmu_gather: track page size with mmu gather and force flush if page size change
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-mmu_gather-track-page-size-with-mmu-gather-and-force-flush-if-page-size-change.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-mmu_gather-track-page-size-with-mmu-gather-and-force-flush-if-page-size-change.patch
and later at

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

This allows an arch which needs to do special handing with respect to
