[merged] seqlock-fix-raw_read_seqcount_latch.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: seqlock: fix raw_read_seqcount_latch()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     seqlock-fix-raw_read_seqcount_latch.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
