[merged] scripts-gdb-cast-cpu-numbers-to-integer.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: scripts/gdb: cast CPU numbers to integer
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scripts-gdb-cast-cpu-numbers-to-integer.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

We won't see more than 2 billion CPUs any time soon, and having cpu_list
return long makes the output of lx-cpus a bit ugly.
