[merged] mm-uninline-page_mapped.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: uninline page_mapped()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-uninline-page_mapped.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: uninline page_mapped()

It's huge.  Uninlining it saves 206 bytes per callsite.  Shaves 4924 bytes
from the x86_64 allmodconfig vmlinux.
