[merged] mm-mempolicy-vma_migratable-can-be-boolean.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/mempolicy.c: vma_migratable() can return bool
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mempolicy-vma_migratable-can-be-boolean.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Make vma_migratable() return bool due to this particular function only
using either one or zero as its return value.
