The patch titled
     Subject: mm/slab: factor out kmem_cache_node initialization code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-slab-factor-out-kmem_cache_node-initialization-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
