The patch titled
Subject: kdump: fix gdb macros work work with newer and 64-bit kernels
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     kdump-fix-gdb-macros-work-work-with-newer-and-64-bit-kernels.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/kdump-fix-gdb-macros-work-work-with-newer-and-64-bit-kernels.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/kdump-fix-gdb-macros-work-work-with-newer-and-64-bit-kernels.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

Subject: kdump: fix gdb macros work work with newer and 64-bit kernels

Lots of little changes needed to be made to clean these up, remove the
four byte pointer assumption and traverse the pid queue properly. Also
consolidate the traceback code into a single function instead of having
three copies of it.
