The patch titled
     Subject: huge tmpfs: no kswapd by default on sync allocations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     huge-tmpfs-no-kswapd-by-default-on-sync-allocations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was withdrawn

This triggers early compaction abort while in process context, to
ameliorate mmap semaphore stalls.
