[merged] maintainers-fill-entries-for-kasan.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: fill entries for KASAN
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-fill-entries-for-kasan.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
