The patch titled
     Subject: mm, kasan: add GFP flags to KASAN API
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-kasan-added-gfp-flags-to-kasan-api.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm, kasan: add GFP flags to KASAN API

Add GFP flags to KASAN hooks for future patches to use.

This patch is based on the "mm: kasan: unified support for SLUB and
SLAB allocators" patch originally prepared by Dmitry Chernenkov.
