The patch titled
     Subject: rapidio: move rio_local_set_device_id function to the common core
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     rapidio-move-rio_local_set_device_id-function-to-the-common-core.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
