The patch titled
     Subject: compat: add in_compat_syscall to ask whether we're in a compat syscall
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     compat-add-in_compat_syscall-to-ask-whether-were-in-a-compat-syscall.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
